The UK Fashion and Textile Association (UKFT)

UKFT is the umbrella organisation that represents the fashion and textile sector both domestically and overseas. Its members include major suppliers to high street retailers and brands. On the export side, UKFT offers practical help to British exporters as well as to overseas buyers, agents and press.

Scottish Enterprise

The STIA works closely with the Scottish Enterprise textiles team to strengthen the textiles industry in Scotland by supporting research and development, collaboration and innovative ideas that will maximise global opportunities.

Creative Skillset is the industry body which supports skills and training for people and businesses to ensure the UK creative industries maintain their world class position.

Skillset's work in the fashion and textiles industry is steered by the senior industry professionals whose experience and insight help identify how it can best support the sector. The team also provides impartial careers resources for aspiring new entrants and established industry professionals.
